1. Service-Based Nature
Due to the customized and digital nature of our work, all sales are final once services have begun.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if:
The service has not yet been started.
You cancel within 24 hours of purchase.
After work has started — including planning, design, setup, or posting — no refunds will be issued.
3. Ongoing Monthly Services
For subscription or monthly services:
You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
No prorated refunds will be given for the current month after work has started.
4. Ad Spend
All ad spend paid directly to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or Google is non-refundable.
5. Disputes
If you are unhappy with the service delivered, please contact us so we can address the issue promptly.
